Q: I ordered an in-stock part and then received an e-mail that it was back-ordered, why?

A: Every effort is made to update inventory daily. From time to time, the inventory listed on-line and the inventory in the shop differ for a couple of reasons. Prior to receiving your oder, walk in customers may come in and buy inventory that hasn't been updated on-line. Inventory taken to a race isn't updated until the unsold inventory is returned to the shop. For example. The shop has 20 quantity of a particular belt number and 17 of them are taken to a weekend race to be sold. All 17 are sold and you order 5 of them on-line. You will get an e-mail saying 3 of them are on backorder because the inventory from the race wasn't updated prior to receiving your order. *** Please send an E-mail or Call for inventory verification if you ever have a question, include your phone number. Inventory changes daily***

 

Q: How will I know when my order will ship?

A: All orders received on-line by 3:00 p.m., pacific time, will be shipped that day. Orders received after that time will be shipped the following business day.

 

Q: How do I get my tracking number?

A: When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from Cheetah Supply that includes your tracking number, the carrier and your total.

 

Q: The shipping charges on my order don't add up right. I ordered 5 roll bar padding and the shipping was over $100. Will I be charged exactly what my order says I will be charged?

A: Good question. The answer is, not always. The shopping cart calculates your shipping costs by weight of the order and how quickly it is shipped. Many small parts may weigh less than 1 pound, but the shipping calculator processes the part as 1 pound. If you order 10 gaskets, for example, all 10 gaskets together may weigh less than 1 pound, but the shipping calculator may calculate 10 pounds so the shipping charges may appear extreamly high. Not to worry! Each order is weighed by our scales and you are charged according to the actual weight of the package.

 

Q: When will my credit card by charged? Does the computer charge it automatically when I place my order?

A: Cheetah Supply manually processes each credit card transaction. Most credit cards are charged when the order is shipped.

 

Q: I placed my order a few days ago and haven't received it yet, what's going on?

A: It could be a couple of different things. Once your order is placed you receive an e-mail indicating Cheetah Supply received it. Any updates to your order, you can check, by logging into your cart and checking the status of your order. Chances are, we need to communicate with you. There may be a question about your order that we need to clarify to make sure you know what you're getting -or- we may need to discuss your credit card payment.

Any order with a different bill-to and ship-to address is a red flag. If we are not successfull in contacting you by phone, your order will not be shipped.

 

Q: How do I get free Cheetah Supply stickers and T-shirts?

A: Just send us an e-mail with your name, address & phone # and we'll send them out to you. If you're putting our logo on your car, pit vehicle or trailer, decals and stickers are free. Just tell us what color you'd like and how big you want them.

If you are running a Cheetah motor, you get a free T-shirt, just e-mail us your t-shirt size and we'll include it with your next order. Not running a Cheetah motor and want to buy a T-shirt? Order it on-line for $10.95. All decals and t-shirts are subject to availability.
