Most products are warranted by the manufacturer, usually for 30 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturers defects only. They are not warranted for wear or breakage under any other circumstances. If you are returning a part please call before you ship, as some manufacturers require the parts directly to them. Whenever possible, please return the part in the original box including the invoice. All returns must be sent pre-paid/no collect shipments will be accepted. No air freight returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All returns will be credited to the customer's Cheetah Supply account when reimbursement is received from manufacturer. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Cheetah Supply utilizes a variety of common freight and expedited carriers. Under certain circumstances Cheetah Supply may extend the choice of shipping carriers to the customer. Cheetah Supply reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding shipping carriers. All orders will be shipped ground unless otherwise instructed. All backorders will be cancelled after 30 days unless otherwise instructed. All damage due to shipping must be referred directly to the carrier service that shipped to you. Cheetah Supply cannot be responsible for damage due to carrier's negligence.

Cheetah Supply has the right to change printed prices or errors without notice. Cheetah Supply accepts all major credit cards for prepaid orders: Visa, Mater Card, Discover & American Express.
